In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
Return & Repair Policies
- Advance Exchange (Refurbished): At any moment. You will receive a replacement item that may be refurbished, or substituted with a similar product. You replace your product and send the defective one to Proyecson. At Proyecson Facilities your product will be repaired and you will be invoiced only for reparation costs. Shipping costs will be free but return costs must be paid by customer. The defective product must be sent to Proyecson at most 15 days after you receive the replacement product. The replacement product has a limited warranty (3 months). This option is available upon stock availability.
- Repair with no cost: During warranty period, if failure has been caused by defective product, Proyecson will send the repaired item at no cost but return costs must be paid by customer. When a product is repaired its warranty is not extended. The repaired item has a limited warranty of 3 months.
- Repair with cost: During warranty period, if failure has NOT been caused by defective product, or if it has been out of warranty (OOW). Proyecson do NOT cover costs of shipping or returned items. Repaired products have a limited warranty of 3 months.
